Gila National Forest Toilet Decommissioning
Furnish all materials, labor, equipment, supervision, tools, and utilities required to perform operations necessary to (A) demolish five (5) existing vault toilets and (B) decommission, then relocate, three (3) CXT® style vault toilets at various locations.
One option item includes the demolition of one single user vault toilet and the procurement and installation of a new single user vault toilet at the same location. A second option is for the procurement and delivery of one toilet without installation.
There is no formal scheduled site visit for this requirement. See photos. Requests for Information (RFI) are due Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 12:00PM noon Mountain Time emailed to Melissa Heckenlaible at [email protected]. A bid bond of 20% is required to be included with any submitted quote package.
