The information contained in this solicitation is considered sensitive and shall be protected accordingly. Offerors are responsible for ensuring that access to this solicitation and any associated documents is limited to authorized personnel with a need-to-know. The Government will verify the eligibility of potential offerors before providing access to controlled unclassified information (CUI). Distribution is authorized to the Department of Defense and U.S. DoD contractors only. IAW with Call 003, Paragraph 6 Other Requirements, c, foreign participation may not be permitted. Foreign-owned firms should notify the Contracting Officer before deciding to respond to the announcement and be aware that restrictions maight apply which could preclude their participation in this acquisition.

2. Technology Readiness Level (TRL) Impact on Evaluation TRL will not be used as an evaluation factor for decision for award. The final demonstration shall be such that a 3rd party may provide maintenance and operation after completion of the contract.
