This action is pursuant to RFO 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, using the procedures of RFO Part 12. Background: Legacy VHA VISN 10 VA Pharmacy Departments in Ann Arbor, Battle Creek, Saginaw, Detroit, Indianapolis, Northern Indiana, Cincinnati, Dayton, Chillicothe, and Columbus, OH require AudioCare annual Maintenance and Support License Renewal and Preventative Maintenance and Support for AudioPrefill, TM-PreFill, TM-Communicator, and User Licenses. The software is proprietary to AudioCare, and its proprietary rights make the required licenses, maintenance, and support available only from AudioCare or its authorized dealers. It is the Government's belief that only the proposed source possesses the required capabilities to successfully meet this requirement. It is the Government's intention to solicit and negotiate with only this source. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Any responsible firm that believes it can meet the requirement may give written notification and capability statements prior to the response due date and time.
