JANITORIAL SERVICES AT EMBASSY OFFICE BIULDING AND GENERAL
SERVICES WAREHOUSE IN WINDHOEK, NAMIBA.
CLOSING DATE: NOVEMBER 30, 2026 (17H00).
The Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek is soliciting offers from suitably, qualified and established companies for the Janitorial services at our Embassy office building and our General services warehouse in Windhoek, Namibia. Information on the Request for Quotation and Specifications are now available on all interested companies to download. Please follow the instructions provided in the RFQ document when submitting quotation.

A site visit will be held after publishing the full solicitation on November 16, 2026. All interested parties should contact Mr. Havalon Plaatjies at [email protected] on or before November 06, 2026 (09:00AM) if their intention is to attend. For your quotation/proposal to be considered, it should reach our offices on or before November 30, 2026, 17h00 Namibian time.
