– MAPS Definition is independent from that of a “nontraditional defense contractor” as defined in the U.S. Code. Distinction is necessary as the USC definition is exclusively associated with Other Transaction Agreements, a category under which MAPS does not fall. ▪ MAPS is intended to be a Professional Services Contract to obtain services, not to develop commercial capabilities.

▪ Timeline: While we understand that the timeline is extremely important, our timeline is 100% data driven, so our timeline has a direct correlation with survey results.
