PWS 3.2.3 requires a minimum 30-day notice of when the barge will be accepted at drydock. With quotations due October 30, the earliest the barge could be accepted after award is likely midDecember 2026 or later. Please confirm: a.

The anticipated award date, period of performance start date, and contract end date. a. Government Response: The government anticipates an award no later than 10 November 2026 with a period of performance to start on 10 November 2026/date of award. This start date allows the contractor to begin any performance needed prior to receiving the barge, to include preparing sites, ordering supplies etc.

Whether the 30-day notice may be given in the quotation (as a proposed acceptance window) or must be given after award, and from what date the 30 days is counted. a.
