The liner is listed brand-name only (PKG). Would the Government accept an equal 304 stainless steel liner built to the listed dimensions and specifications? If so, please let us know what documentation you would need to evaluate it as an equal. Answer:
An alternate product is not acceptable under this brand-name-only requirement. This requirement is being solicited on a brand name only basis. In accordance with the solicitation, alternate products or “equal” items will not be considered.
