Description of Supplies: Tank Liner for Tank PS-10
Functions to be performed:
Procure of one (1) brand name only custom-engineered, chemically resistant dropin/bonded tank liner engineered specifically for the dimensions, structural welds, and chemical tolerances of Paint Strip Tank PS-10.
PKG Equipment is the original manufacturer of Paint Strip Tank PS-10 and possesses the proprietary fabrication drawings, engineering tolerances, heating element clearances, tank ancillary clearances, and material compatibility data. The U.S. Government does not own the technical data package (TDP) or manufacturing-level drawings required to compete the fabrication of this liner.
Purchase and deliver the tank liner to Tobyhanna Army Depot no later than 12-14 weeks after contract award.

Fabricated from 3/16" thick 304SS plate
Dimensions:143.625" x 50.625" x 72.375" deep (ODs)
The rim of the liner must be 3.25”

Principles of Operation:
This item necessary is necessary to maintain an acceptable level of efficiency in the Plating Shop.
Intended Use, including equipment with which the item is to be used: This equipment is a crucial replacement part for the operation of the plating shop. The tank this part will be used to repair is responsible for stripping paint off materials processed in the plating shop.
