A. Acknowledgment of VA Operations and Maintenance Requirements By signing below, the Offeror acknowledges that it has reviewed the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) requirements set forth in Factor 5 – Operations and Maintenance Plan (including all associated requirements) and agrees that, if awarded the Lease, it will perform O&M services in accordance with these requirements, except as specifically identified as deviations in Section B of this Statement.
Offeror further acknowledges that any O&M obligations not expressly identified as deviations in Section B below are deemed accepted without exception.
B. Proposed Deviations or Alternative Approaches (if any) Check one:
