Pre-Bid Conference Registration Form
Purpose:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to host a PreBid Conference to provide a forum to allow industry an opportunity to ask questions regarding requirements for the Santa Cruz CBOC. Specific requirements have been set forth in RLP No. 36C24W26Q0096, posted to SAM.gov on August 24,
2026.
Procedures: Parties interested in attending are required to pre-register by submitting a completed registration table (below) to Caitlin Cunningham at [email protected] no later 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, September 2, 2026. Questions may be submitted prior to the pre-bid conference and must be submitted
electronically along with this registration form.
