252.204-7021 and 7025
note this project requires
CMMC Level 1, which
offeror's would assume the
project does not contain
CUI. However, several
drawings in package A1 BN HQ, specifially the
AY set of drawings have a
CUI label. Please confirm
if these drawings are in
fact CUI and need to be
handled as CUI including
requiring a CMMC Level

2 from the prime contract

as well as subcontractors
that will handle these
documents. Please note
the documents were
publically distrubted on
SAM.gov/PIEE without
any restrictions.
CLIN ITEM 0001 states
"Project P-1550 - SOF
Armory…" please confirm
this was done by mistake,

will be forthcoming.
