2. Scope
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, fuel, and supervision necessary to deliver, position, maintain, refuel, and recover commercial mobile floodlight towers at the designated Ammunition Holding Area (AHA) tactical support location. The contractor shall provide 24/7 maintenance and fuel sustainment throughout the period of performance.
3. Performance Requirements
3.1 General Equipment Requirements
For all supplied equipment, the contractor shall:
Provide 24/7 maintenance support for all light towers, ensuring continuous operational readiness, and provide equipment malfunction acknowledgement and an actionable response plan within two (2) hours of Government notification. Provide a single designated Point of Contact (POC) available 24/7 throughout the Period of Performance to coordinate operations, maintenance, refueling, and resolve any equipment discrepancies within six (6) hours of Government notification. Oversee complete equipment delivery, setup, and teardown in full compliance with safety standards and installation/range control directives. Equipment setup may begin as early as November 1, 2026, and all light towers must be fully positioned, fueled, and operational no later than 1200 EST on November 2, 2026. In the event of inclement weather or mission changes resulting in exercise postponement or cancellation, upon notification exclusively from the Contracting Officer, remove all equipment on an expedited schedule. Coordinate with the Government Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) to finalize delivery routes and specific drop points at the designated site.
