Plant 42 Commercial Internet Services Questions & Answers 1. The model contract prices each building as a line item with a quantity of one (1) Each under CLINs 0001 through 4001. Please confirm whether each building line item is intended to include both the installation or equipment for that building and the recurring internet and managed service for the full period. Please also clarify where the 1 Gigabit circuit and any one-time ATO and DODIN package pricing. •

The model contract has been updated to include CLIN 0002 for the one-time installation during the base year. The option year CLINs remain accurate and reflect the recurring fully managed services necessary. The 1 Gigabit circuit has been outlined within CLINs X001AA as the circuit will flow from the MPOE Bldg. 510 to all buildings. It is the contractor’s responsibility to obtain the ATO if not providing an approved service, there will be no separate line item for this.

2. SOW paragraphs 3.1.0 and 6.1.4 describe a 1 Gigabit circuit at the main point of entry (MPOE) building and government-issued fiber paths for distribution. Please identify the MPOE building, confirm that Building 510 is the intended location if so, and confirm that government fiber paths currently reach all twelve buildings. Please also advise of the fiber type and connector type at each building (LC and/or SC connectors), if available.

Building 510 is the Main Point of Entry. The Government provides fibers for distribution, and as part of installation, the contractor needs to provide fiber patch cables. It is confirmed the fibers reach all 12 buildings. LC and/or SC connectors are present.

3. SOW paragraph 2.9.1.0 states that floor plans and layouts are available after award. May offerors receive building dimensions or floor plans before the quote due date so that cabling can be priced accurately?

4. Please confirm that all work will be performed at Air Force Plant 42 and that Wage Determination 2015-5613, Revision 34 (Los Angeles County) governs all covered labor under this contract.
