Certification of PWS 3.1

(Company Name), certifies that the Level II Protective Armed Security Guards who may perform on this future contract meets the Minimum Qualifications in 3.1 as follows:

All Level II Armed Protective Security Officers and Armed Protective Security Supervisors performing under the resulting contract/orders must meet the following minimum qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
High school diploma, GED certificate, college transcripts military records or POST training completion Current or prior military and/or security experience
Active Federal, State and Local Firearms permit(s) as applicable Have all state/local licenses, permits, registrations, or certifications as required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. State Security Officer Certification (as required)
Local permits and renewals (as required)
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification card.
Firearm licenses and certifications required by state and local requirements. Current firearms training and qualification
Current baton or OC certification
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Work experience requirement. Each Level II Armed Protective Security Officer shall have at least two years of security / police experience, or two years of military experience on active duty or in the National Guard or reserve military forces.
