Question and Answers for MN USPFO 2027-001 CRTC Scrap Metal Site Visit: Cancellation of Site Inspections: No pre-bid site visits or installation walkthroughs will be conducted. The previously announced inspection dates of 10–11 November 2026 are hereby rescinded. All property is sold on an "as is, where is" basis in accordance with Condition No. 2 of the General Sale Terms and Conditions. Bidders must formulate their proposals based on the historical poundage, scrap specifications, and operational terms provided in the solicitation and this notice.
