2. Since our SAM.gov registration is currently pending, may we submit a response to this RFI while the registration is being processed, provided the registration is active prior to any future contract award?
Answer: Yes
3. Are there any specific federal licensing, accreditation, secure-facility, or juvenile justice requirements that must already be in place at the RFI stage beyond applicable state residential licensing?
