Will NASA/KSC personnel or the Contractor physically connect the Contractor-furnished six-inch chilledwater supply and return hoses to existing facility flanges? Please confirm who will perform facility-side Attachment J-01, Statement of Work (SOW) was revised for clarity. The configuration for this unit requires a trailer that exceeds the 55' length maximum in your SOW. We are recommending a 60' trailer to accommodate the chiller with the pump skid mounted on the upper deck. Is this acceptable, or do I need to work with engineering to see if the 55' max length is something they can make work? The chiller unit itself is 49.5' so a 50' lower deck is absolutely necessary to house the chiller, and the upper deck platform can only be so short with swing clearance taken into consideration. Please advise and I can upload a revised response to the solicitation.

Electrical connection – Section 3.1(c) (p.1) lists two 480 V, 125 A cable sets. The PHSF drawing in Section 6.0 (p.4) shows 100 A and 60 A receptacles at the portable chiller location (outside Rm 1016), and a 200 A receptacle highlighted outside Rm 1023. Could you let us know which receptacle(s) the chiller and pump should connect to, and the plug or termination type, so our cables match the facility?
