REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)
RFI No. ICERFI10222026
Department of Homeland Security (DHS)
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE)
Law Enforcement Investigative Database Subscription
AMENDMENT 00001 – Changes/Updates reflected in RED
BACKGROUND/PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a need for a web-based law enforcement investigative database subscription service to assist U.S. Immigration, Customs and Enforcement’s (ICE) mission of conducting criminal investigations that protect the United States against terrorists and criminal organizations that threaten public safety and national security. This capability also supports ICE efforts to combat transnational criminal enterprises that seek to exploit America’s legitimate trade, travel, and financial systems. Currently, the government is considering North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number 518210 – Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services and Product Service Code (PSC) – DH10 – Platform as a Service: Database, Mainframe, Middleware. A final NAICS and PSC determination will be made after the market research is analyzed.

The responses to this RFI will be captured as market research and may contribute to the development of an acquisition strategy. Information provided may be used to assess tradeoffs and alternatives available for potential requirements and may lead to the development of a solicitation.
