The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a need for a web-based law enforcement investigative database subscription service to assist U.S. Immigration, Customs and Enforcement’s (ICE) mission of conducting criminal investigations that protect the United States against terrorists and criminal organizations that threaten public safety and national security.
This is a request for information (RFI) only. The RFI is solely for market research, planning and information purposes. It shall not be construed as a commitment by the government to issue a subsequent solicitation (Broad Agency Announcement, Request for Proposal, etc.).
Furthermore, the government is not at this time seeking quotes and will not accept unsolicited quotes. Respondents are advised that the government will not reimburse any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested parties’ expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is issued.
See attachment, "1.2.1-RFI No. ICERFI10222026 - Final", for complete details of the RFI. To request a copy of the draft Performance Work Statement, email the contract specialist, Shayla Kelley, at [email protected]. Please include your company’s SAM Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) in the request.
