Reference: Section B1.b ELINs, pg.3

This section states to fill ELINs Recurring and Non-Recurring Work (1st Option Periods through 4th) as specified in Section M. However Section M: 2. Basis of Evaluation for each Factor (1) Basis of Evaluation states differs. Should contractor fill in all option periods, as stated in Sec M, or only the 1st Option Periods throught 4th?
ANSWER: Due to contract writing system error, submission requirements in Section M were inadvertently omitted. See amendment 0001 for corrected section M. 2.

Reference: Section 52.212-2, (a) pg 61 of 61

(a) Evaluation factors. Please provide the correct types of relevant annexes that match spec items in the PWS. The current spec items in the attached experience data sheet are do not match spec items in the issued PWS.
ANSWER: Experience Project Data Sheet will be corrected. Please see amendment 0001. 3. Reference: Section L13., page 50 of 61
The solicitation does not include a clear "instruction to offerors" section instructing contractors specific documents required for submission. Please provide list of required documents. The solicitation refers to Sec M however typical documents such as finance or tax documents aren't referenced for submission.

Since the source selection process is LPTA and proposals my be submitted in either Japanese Yen (JPY) or U.S. Dollars (USD), could the Government please confirm that the specified rate of 150 JPY/1 USD, will be the exact exchange rate utilized to evaluate and determine the lowest price?
ANSWER: FY27 Budget Exchange Rate of 153.2542 Yen/ $1 USD will be used. Due to contract writing system error, submission requirements in Section M were inadvertently omitted. See amendment 0001 for corrected section M.
