Description:
The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the deadlines for the submission of technical questions and proposals.
NLR will provide additional information to potential bidders in the form of a drone video. This video will be made available on or before November 13, 2026.
Bidders are required to independently walk the project site using the public access trail that borders NLR, as referenced in the RFP documentation. Public access points and parking locations are detailed in the materials contained within the folder titled “SOW Exhibit I – Fencing Support Documents”.
This Amendment also updates the solicitation to include the requirement for bidders to acknowledge completion of this independent site walk via the designated trail and to confirm that site conditions and terrain have been assessed and incorporated into their proposal. These criteria have been incorporated into the updated RFP Attachment 7, titled “7 - RFP Selection Criteria - LPTA - STM Security Campus Fencing - North Boundary - 102826_v2.”
