INTRODUCTION
This is a solicitation for non-commercial services notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for which quotes are being requested. Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (herein known as “BSA”), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under a Prime Contract (DE-SC0012704) with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), herewith solicits your quote for the A-E Cost Estimation service as outlined in the Draft Contract (Enclosure 1) NAICS: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this RFQ is 541330. The stated size standard is $25.5M. It is the responsibility of the contractor to affirm its Representations and Certifications and size status are accurate and up to date in the System for Award Management (SAM) (www.SAM.gov). This procurement is being competed utilizing full and open competition.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, and materials in strict accordance with the attached Draft Contract (Enclosure 1).
