This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 12.201-1, Streamlined Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate RFQ will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA301627Q0012 and is issued as an RFQ. This RFQ incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) and Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 03/13/2026 and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement (DFARS) change notice 05/07/2026. This requirement is being solicited as a 100% total set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561740 – Carpet cleaning services. The PSC is S214 – Housekeeping- Carpet Laying/Cleaning. The SBA size standard is $8.5M. This requirement is for carpet cleaning services for buildings (7535, 7447, 7445, and 7437) located Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Lackland (San Antonio), TX.
