1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Request for Quote (RFQ) W91247-27-Q-1CWJ, Watters Family Life Chaplain Training Center (WFLTC). 3. The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect under Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective January 17, 2025. 4. The acquisition will be conducted as 100% total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business setaside. The associated NAICS code is “611430- Professional and Management Development Training. The small business size standard is $15 Million.

6. Description of Services requirement to be acquired:
a. Meet or exceed requirements IAW the specifics of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) b. Work with representative from the Watters Family Life Chaplain Training Center.
7. The Period of Performance (POP):
POP 04 January 2027 – 07 January 2027
Place of Performance; Watters Family Life Chaplain Training Center (WFLTC) 8. Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and assigned rating is not applicable to this acquisition. 9.
