The vendor acknowledges that should the quote or proposal’s terms and conditions and/or agreement conflict with mandatory provisions of the Revolutionary FAR Over and other Federal law applicable to commercial acquisitions, to the extent of such conflict the FAR and Federal law govern and conflicting vendor terms and conditions and/or agreement are unenforceable and are not considered incorporated into any resultant contract. The Government intends to award a single-award IDIQ contract for the services described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Task orders will be issued throughout the contract ordering period as requirements arise.
Offerors shall submit quotations that conform to the requirements of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and the CLIN structure provided in this solicitation. Quotations that alter, deviate from, or otherwise propose an alternative scope, performance methodology, CLIN structure, quantities, or periods of performance may be determined noncompliant and may not be considered for award.
Provisions will be removed at the time of award but shall remain a part of the contract file.

Brief Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, uniforms, daily supervision and non-personal services necessary to perform lifeguard services as defined in this PWS.

The quote shall provide sufficient detailed information which demonstrates their technical capability, including product characteristics, installation services, design capability. The technical quote shall address the length of time the vendor will require for completion and delivery of the item. TAILOR as required.
