AMENDMENT NUMBER 1

The following revisions are hereby made to the RLP referenced above: 1. The Lease Paragraph Number 1.20 HOURLY OVERTIME HVAC RATES (OCT 2016) is removed in its entirety.
2. The Lease Paragraph Number 1.21 ADJUSTMENT FOR REDUCED SERVICES (OCT 2018) is removed in its entirety.
3. The Lease Paragraph Number 6.01 (A) is removed in its entirety and replaced with the following: A. The Government’s normal hours of operations are established as 00:00-24:00, 24/7 access on all days. Services, maintenance, and utilities shall be provided during these hours. The Government shall always have access to the Premises and its Appurtenant Areas without additional payment, including the use, during other than normal hours, of necessary services and utilities such as elevators, restrooms, lights, and electric power.
4. RLP Paragraph number 4.10 (F). Present Value Evaluation-Warehouse Square Foot Method (OCT 2024) is deleted in its entirety.
5. The Lease Paragraph 6.04 (C) is removed in its entirety and replaced with: C. Warehouse or garage areas require heating, cooling and ventilation. This space shall be cooled to a maximum of 80 degrees. Temperature of warehouse or garage areas shall be maintained at a minimum of 50 degrees F.
