This is an invitation for bids. The resulting contract is expected to be a firm fixed price construction contract. The complete specifications, drawings, provisions and clauses are available on http://www.sam.gov.
Project Description: Project will replace the aging fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems with new fire alarm and intrusion alarm systems at the Saint Croix National Scenic Riverway. The existing systems are experiencing significant false alarms and local servicing organizations are having difficulties servicing the existing systems. The National Park Service (NPS) desires to replace the existing systems with non-proprietary systems ensuring local service organizations are capable of maintaining the new systems.
Bid Schedule:
The schedule needs to be completed in full and attached to the bid package. The bid package will be considered non-responsive if the bid schedule is missing from the bid package. See Attachment B08 Solicitation Attach 10.
