REHABILITATE KIOSK RESTROOMS TO IMPROVE VISITOR ACCESS AND EXPERIENCE, OREGON CAVES NATIONAL MONUMENT & PRESERVE, JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON.
The National Park Service (NPS) at Oregon Caves National Monument & Preserve (ORCA) has a requirement for a full interior rehabilitation of the historic restroom facilities, including demolition to structural framing; new plumbing, electrical, and PVC wall/ceiling panels; ADA-compliant layouts and fixtures; LED lighting; concrete slab and drain repair and new tile flooring; and rodent exclusion measures. Work must comply with historic preservation, accessibility, and safety codes. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and testing required per the solicitation documents.
The work shall be completed prior to the resumption of cave tours in late March 2027. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed-price commercial construction purchase order resulting from this solicitation. Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) model deviation of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part Continued...
