The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires a contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and other resources necessary to San Luis National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center requires rehabilitation of its fire protection and domestic water systems to restore life-safety compliance, operational reliability, and compliance with NFPA, California Building/Plumbing/Electrical Codes, AWWA, and ASSE standards. at San Luis National Wildlife Refuge Visitor Center, approximately 10 miles from Los Banos California, in accordance with the attached statement of work, specifications, and drawings. The construction magnitude is estimated to be between $200,000.00 to $225,000.00. The contractor shall complete all work within 180 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
