Audio Visual One is the only authorized provider of audio visual equipment used at the Crowne Plaza O'Hare and because their business office is located in the Crowne Plaza O 'Hare, they will be able to provide the quickest response time to any NV issues that may occur. The courses that are being offered are time sensitive and any delay due to audio/visual issues could not only affect any time constraints by instructor or student but also could cost additional funds due to having to possibly reschedule any of the courses being offered. In the past, Audio Visual One has provided NV services to other U.S. Government agencies at the Crowne Plaza O'Hare and they have an outstanding reputation for providing immediate response to NV issues and exceptional customer service.
