The Department of Veteran Affairs, NCO 15, intends to awarda Construction Contract for project 657-26-602 Create Observation Unit, located at the Saint Louis, Missouri VA Medical Center This project is being solicited as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 15.101-2, Best Value Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection process. NOTE: The term offer, and bid are interchangeable for this solicitation. There is a Guarantee Period of Service for a period of one (1) year after completion and acceptance of the Elevators. Payment and Performance bonds are required.
Those offerors not providing the documentation outlined in the "Proposal Instructions to Offeror" will be deemed non-responsive to the terms of the solicitation. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 ($45.0M) Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
Estimate of construction magnitude for this project is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. There will be one site visit for this project. The site visit is scheduled Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00am CST. Location: John Cochran Bldg. 16, Rm. A208 on 2nd FL 10AM CST Then briefly transition to Jefferson Barracks if requested.
