This solicitation is conducted under FAR Subpart 16.5 and proposals or quotes will only be accepted from awardees of the PCAC VISN 1 Construction MATOC listed on page 3 of this solicitation.

Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials and supervision necessary to perform all work required for the 650-22-104 Increase Emergency Power project in accordance with the terms and conditions, specifications, the statement work, and all attachments.
