DEADLINE FOR QUOTE SUBMISSION
Tuesday, November 3, 2026, by 9:00 AM Pacific Time (PST) 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) located in Bremerton, WA requires the leasing of various types of forklifts for a 1-year ordering period. 3. The Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 dated 13 March 2026, and Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) Publication Notice 7 May 2026.
4. Any purchase order resulting from this RFQ will be made based on the evaluation criteria outlined below in FAR Provision 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items (DEC 2022)). 5. This RFQ N4523A27Q1302 is being solicited utilizing full and open competition methods. 6. The associated North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 532490 – Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing the Product Service Code (PSC) is W039 Lease or Rental of Equipment- Materials Handling Equipment. 7. This is a non-personal services requirement. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Commercial Service Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract for Material Handling Equipment. 8. CLIN Structure: The contract line-item numbers (CLINs) consist of the following: The Vendor shall complete this pricing structure, section in its entirety and return with any other documentation, attachments or data as required by this solicitation. The contractor shall provide documentation, such as a previous invoice, proposal on company letterhead, contract or similar substantiate proposed pricing. Offerors shall complete the Exhibit Line-Item Number (ELIN) pricing structure in Exhibit A Equipment Price Sheet in addition to any provided quote material in company format. The total below should be carried over from Exhibit A.
