MEMORANDUM FOR SOURCES SOUGTH NOTICE

SUBJECT: Sources Sought Notice for Hoist and Cranes Maintenance Services FY27 1. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE not a pre-solicitation notice or solicitation for proposals/quotations. RFO Part 10 (Market Research), the purpose of this notice is to: (1) determine if sources capable of satisfying the agency's requirements exists, (2) determine if commercial items suitable to meet the agency's needs are available or could be modified to meet the agency's requirements, and (3) determine the commercial practices of company's engaged in providing the needed service or supply. The Government will not award a contract on the basis of this notice, nor will it pay for any information submitted in response. All information received will be used for market research and planning purposes only. 2. Description of Requirement: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, lifts, tools, materials, supplies, and other items and services necessary to perform the inspection, load testing, maintenance, repairs, evaluation, and certification for hoists/cranes and perform inspections, maintenance and repair services for hangar doors and tail enclosures at Hurlburt Field, Florida as defined in this PWS. (See PWS attached) 3. Anticipated Period of Performance: The period of performance is anticipated to be for 365 calendar days with a start date of 03 February 2027 and end date 02 February 2028. 4. Anticipated NAICS Code/Size Standard: The applicable NAICS Code is 811310, Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance and the size standard is $12.5M. 5. Submission Information: Companies having capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought notice including commercial market information and company information with the following information/documentation:
