General Information
1. GENERAL: This is a non-personal services contract to procure and deliver SonarWiz software to DPAA facilities aboard Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH). The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. 1.1. Background: The mission of the Defense Prisoner of War (POW)/Missing in Action (MIA) Accounting Agency (DPAA) is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of our nation's past conflicts. The highest priority of the organization is the recovery and returns of the remains of fallen service members to their families.
1.2. Objectives: The requirement supports DPAA Scientific Analysis Laboratory field investigation and recovery efforts.
1.3. Scope: Vendor shall deliver SonarWiz software to DPAA facilities aboard Joint Base Pearl HarborHickam. Software is required to enable field hardware use. 1.3.1. DPAA SA requires software that is compliant with equipment currently in operation in DPAA facilities at JBPHH. The software allows personnel to safely and effectively utilize equipment necessary to perform work in austere environments. The vendor must procure, deliver, and provide technical support for all procured equipment at JBPHH, for implementation. 1.3.2. All equipment and supporting materials agreements procured during the performance of this contract will be the property of DPAA and the U.S. Government.
2. REQUIREMENTS: The vendor’s quote shall address the requirements listed in paragraph three. 3. DELIVERABLES: Software shall be delivered to the DPAA facilities aboard JBPH-H for inspection and acceptance by the DPAA’s COR/ACOR.
