STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)

FOR F/A-18E/F AND EA-18G

PECULIAR SUPPORT EQUIPMENT

HIGH LIFT ADAPTER

ADU-954/E, Outriggers - P/N: 4097AS265-1 + ADU-952/E, Push Up Adapter – P/N: 4097AS200-1 + 3992AS100-1

SCOPE

Background: This Statement of Work (SOW) addresses the requirements and tasks associated with the production and delivery of High Lift Adapter ADU-954/E, Outriggers, P/N: 4097AS265-1 + ADU-952/E, Push Up Adapter, P/N: 4097AS200-1, and MHU-191 Munitions Loader, P/N: 3992AS100-1 for both USN and RAAF. The USN assets will be delivered to Lakehurst and shipped out accordingly to be inducted by the Fleet as IMRL SE, the RAAF assets will be delivered to a freight forwarder in California. The objective of this effort is to procure the support equipment required to meet the capability/throughput requirements of the US Navy and RAAF as detailed below.

This is a five (5) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The Period of Performance (POP) will begin at date of award and continue for five (5) years thereafter.

2.0 GOVERNMENT FURNISHED INFORMATION (GFI):

The Government will provide to the contractor one (1) set of full Technical Drawing Package for Outriggers, P/N: 4097AS265-1, Push Up Adapter, P/N: 4097AS200-1, and MHU-191 Munitions Loader, P/N: 3992AS100-1.

REQUIREMENTS

3.1 Manufacture and Delivery. The program requests a five (5) year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) fixed price type contract as defined by FAR 16.504, Indefinite Quantity Contracts. see option table below.
