SCOPE OF CONTRACT
The Contractor shall perform Snow removal and cleaning services, including furnishing all labor, material, equipment, and services, for the U.S. Embassy of Bucharest. The price listed below shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. This is a fixed-price contract for snow removal and cleaning services for the U.S. Embassy Bucharest. The Government will pay the Contractor the fixed price per hour for standard services that will be satisfactorily performed. After contract award and submission of acceptable insurance certificates, the Contracting Officer shall issue a Notice to Proceed. The Notice to Proceed will establish a date (a minimum of ten (10) days from date of contract award unless the Contractor agrees to an earlier date) on which performance shall start. The performance period of this contract is from the start date in the Notice to Proceed and continues for 12 months when needed.
HOURS OF PERFORMANCE
The Contractor shall perform all snow removal, deicing and cleaning works during winter season either during normal working hours program, which are defined as 8:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, or outside working hours, i.e. 17:00 to 08:00 Monday to Friday, weekends or local and U.S. holidays (every calendar day), when ordered in advance by the Contract Officer's Representative (COR) or by the Facility Management Office or by the On-Duty Call Officer.

ACCESS TO GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS AND STANDARDS OF CONDUCT
General. The Contractor shall designate a representative who shall supervise the Contractor's employees and be the Contractor's liaison with the U.S. Embassy. The Contractor's employees shall be on-site only for contractual duties and not for any other business or purposes. Contractor employees shall have access to the elevators' hoist-ways, lobbies and machine rooms, either with security escorts, only with specific permission by either the Contracting Officer (CO) or the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
