4. Section 3.2 requires delivery within twelve weeks after award and allows partial deliveries for extended lead times. Must every item arrive within twelve weeks, or may an accepted partial-delivery schedule extend final delivery? Lead times should be provided as part of quote. We would like everything possible to be delivered within 12 weeks but understand and will accept a partial delivery of items with longer lead times after the 12 weeks.

What do the designations AN, MP, and HP represent within the fittings list? The SOW references AN (Army-Navy), MP (Medium Pressure), and HP (High Pressure) fittings, but the supplier is requesting additional detail regarding the intended specifications.
The AN spec was included in the SOW. For MP and HP see Autoclave for an example of the fittings
What pressure ratings are required for the MP and HP fittings? We were unable to locate specific pressure-rating requirements in the solicitation documents. See Autoclave for pressure ratings (varies per fitting and size)
