The recurring scope includes five kitchen fire suppression systems and five Kidde IND-21 Hazmat dry chemical systems, with monthly inspections of all ten systems, semiannual maintenance and service certification, and annual maintenance tasks.

Appendix A identifies equipment and locations; Appendix B states service quantities, deliverables, and performance standards.

The prime Contractor remains responsible for all subcontracted work and for submitting complete records directly to the COR. A kitchen cleaning report does not document fire suppression system maintenance, monthly suppression inspections, or grease-trap service; each service shall have its own identifiable record.
