Description
Program Acquisition Executive Marine Corps (PAE MC) Program Manager Tactical Communications & Electromagnetic Warfare Systems (PM TCE) is assessing industry’s capability to provide Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) tactical camera systems, lenses, and accessories under a Hardware-as-a-Service (HaaS) operating lease model. The focus of this RFI is to find HAAS vendors to assist with establishing a sustainable, multi-year "Evergreen" technology refresh cycle for the Marine Corps' Visual Information Acquisition System (VIAS) Family of Systems (FoS).
The HaaS vendor will be responsible for providing the latest-generation commercial equipment, managing the technology lifecycle, and executing a mandatory 36-month hardware refresh for all leased components. See component listing under Attachments section. This RFI specifically seeks information from vendors experienced in leasing, COTS technology integration, tactical kitting, and lifecycle management for Department of War (DoW) customers.
See RFI Attachment for more information under Attachments section.
