Description of item(s) to be acquired:

The 309 Maintenance Support Group (MXSG) has a requirement for the removal of the existing indoor overhead crane system and the engineering, fabrication, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning of a new under running single-girder bridge crane system with two cross-mounted monorail hoists in Building 9320 at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California. This requirement applies to non-critical lifting operations only. Operator training, daily inspections, and routine crane operations are performed by Government personnel and are outside the scope of the resulting contract.

Delivery/Period of Performance:

FOB Destination delivery terms shall apply.

PROVISIONS

The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. An industry day will be hosted on Vandenberg SFB on 28 October 2026 at 1000 PST.
