1. Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 and RFO FAR 12.2011(e)(3). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911SG27QA003 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the rental or lease, delivery, placement, setup, anchoring, scheduled servicing, cleaning, pumping, off-installation waste disposal, sanitization, restocking, in-field relocation, repair, emergency servicing, spill prevention, spill remediation, removal, and pickup of portable latrines and standalone portable hand-wash stations. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command–Fort Bliss (MICC–Fort Bliss) intends to establish five (5) Firm-Fixed-Price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with responsible small-business concerns for commercial, non-personal portable sanitation services.
