The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions posed during the RFI period of the solicitation.
Question: confirm whether the work includes fire alarm modifications? If so, what is the existing/required manufacturer and panel model?
Response; Scope is in the project documents. Manufacturer and panel model is “FireWarden-100-2/E/C/ Addressable Fire Control Panel.” Picture of Fire Alarm Panel provided.
Question: The RFP states that contractors are required to use the attached RFI form for submitting questions; however, no RFI form appears to have been provided with the solicitation documents for this project.
Response: RFI form not required.

Question: Please also confirm whether advance registration is required for the September 25 site visit.
Response: Registration is not required.
Question: Liquidated Damages – Section F, Deliveries or Performance Section F.1 of the solicitation incorporates FAR clause 52.211-12 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES—CONSTRUCTION (SEPT 2000). However, we noticed that there is no daily liquidated damages amount provided.
Could you please confirm what amount this will be, or advise whether liquidated damages are not applicable to this solicitation?
