This amendment is issued to extend the solicitation period and add an optional site visit. A site visit will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, at 8:00 AM MT, at the Socorro Field Office, 901 Old US Hwy 85, Socorro, NM 87801.
The point of contact for the site visit only is Carlos Madril ([email protected], (575) 8381281); contact with this POC should be limited strictly to matters concerning the site visit. All technical questions before or after the site visit shall be directed to the Acquisitions team/Offeror points of contact identified in the solicitation. As a result of this amendment, the solicitation closing date is hereby extended, and proposals are now due no later than October 22, 2026, at 1:00PM ET.
All Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment 02 by signature prior to the amended closing date and time, Failure to acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the time and date specified for opening of offers may result in rejection of the offer.
