Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology
The purposes of this amendment to LR BAA N0001425SB001 are to incorporate the following changes:
1. Update the Contracts/Business and Security Points of Contact listed in Section B, subsection 10.
2. Add a link in Section G.1.2. to the DoD Memo regarding the Policy on Risk-Based Security Reviews of Fundamental Research.
3. Update the clause table in Appendix 2, Section I.1.(6) with the following: a. Remove clause FAR 52.222-24 (Preaward On-Site Equal Opportunity Compliance Evaluation).
b. Add clause FAR 52.222-41 (Service Contract Labor Standards). 4. Perform minor formatting/grammatical edits throughout the document. All revisions made by this amendment are denoted by red text.
