Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology
The purposes of this amendment to BAA N0001425SB001 are to reflect the following changes:
1. Revise the NAICS code listed on the FedConnect website posting for this announcement from ‘541712’ to ‘541715’.
2. In Appendix I, Section E.2.(e).4, under “Fringe Benefits and Indirect Costs (Facilities and Administration (F&A), Overhead, G&A, etc.)”, revise the de minimis rate from 10% to 15%.
