Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology
The purposes of this amendment to BAA N0001425SB001 are to incorporate the following changes:
1. Add new instructions to Section A regarding BAA Feedback. 2. Add language to Section I.1.(a).x., “Administrative and National Policy Requirement”. 3. Add language to Appendix 1, Section F.6.(5), “Research and Related Senior/Key Person Profile (Expanded)”.
4. Update the clause table in Appendix 2, Section I.1.(6) with the following: a. Correct the numbering for the following class deviations: i. DFARS 252.225-7972 - Prohibition on the Procurement of Foreign-Made Unmanned Aircraft Systems (DEVIATION 2024-O0014)
ii. DFARS 252.225-7973 - Prohibition on the Procurement of Foreign-Made Unmanned Aircraft Systems – Representation (DEVIATION 2024-O0014) b. Add clause FAR 52.240-1 - Prohibition on Unmanned Aircraft Systems Manufactured or Assembled by American Security Drone Act-Covered Foreign Entities. c. Add a FAR/DFARS column.
5. Perform numerous formatting changes throughout the document. All revisions made by this amendment are denoted by red text.
