Amendment 0004
Long Range Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) for Navy and Marine Corps Science and Technology
Effective 01 June 2025, ONR will transition away from FedConnect and no longer accept white paper and proposal submission via the existing portal. Instead, new white papers and proposals will need to be submitted via the ONR Submission Portal. The purposes of this amendment to LR BAA N0001425SB001 are to: 1.) Replace all language and instructions referencing FedConnect with those for the ONR Submission Portal.
2.) Correct numbering/formatting discrepancies for Sections E.4. and F.6. within Appendices I and II. The content of these sections have not changed – only the section headings have been adjusted.
3.) Update the DTIC website URL located in Appendix I, E.4.(2). All revisions made by this amendment are denoted by red text.
