Please provide survey data, in XYZ
format, for the survey conducted in
November 2023. Also confirm that
this survey is the most recent
conditional survey.
The solicitation states that “One of the
following two disposal sites are
proposed to be utilized..” and lists the
Weeks Marine Whites Rehandling
Basin and the Waste Management
Corporation Biles Island disposal
facility; but mentions that Areas RBA, RB-C AND RB-D can be disposed of at Whites Basin or Biles Island, and
that Area RB-A 7/8 must be disposed
of at Biles Island, which implies that
two sites must be utilized. The plans
contradict this, noting on page V-002
that all project material can be
disposed at Whites Basin, but only
dredge Area A (excluding borings 7
and 8) and the access channel can be
disposed at Biles Island. Please advise
which is correct.
Please provide permits showing
sediments are authorized for disposal
Whites Basin and Biles Island.

Please advise if there is a port security
barrier and if it will remain open 24
hours a day during dredging
operations.

There are numerous QC Specialists
listed in the matrix with missing data
for area of responsibility and
frequency required on site. Please
advise which is applicable.
