1. The hour and date of the receipt of offers/date offer due is the same as in Amendment 0003. 12 November 2026, 9:00am EST. Please refer to the subject solicitation in SAM.Gov for the updated date/time.
2. The following attachment to this amendment is the script used at the pre-performance meeting today. Please review this 8 page document to find all questions submitted with answers and added helpful information, as well as the list of amended items to the PWS – Attachment 1 and Price Schedule – Attachment 2. The actual PWS and Price Schedule will be separately included.
3. Failure to acknowledge the amendments and return one signed copy with your proposal could result in rejection of your offer.
4. No other solicitation requirements have been changed. 5. Please use the most recent amendment document to acknowledge Amendments 0001, 0002,0003, and 0004.

Everyone should be here to a end the pre-proposal mee ng concerning the solicita on of the Turkey Hazardous Waste Disposal Contract.
I am Anne e Graham, the contrac ng officer for DLA Disposi on Service, Hazardous Waste Division, Ba le Creek, MI, working this project, and your host today. (Covered introduc on of the a endees from DLA)

I need to preface this mee ng with a few disclaimers,
-This mee ng is not being recorded due to difficul es with TEAMS today. -DLA personnel in this mee ng are in a endance in case I need further informa on or there are new ques ons that I need help to answer at this mee ng. They, however, should not be contacted outside of this mee ng or in any other way for the solicita on. All ques ons must come through my office for recording and distribu on, they SHOULD have already been submi ed prior to this mee ng as noted in the solicita on. During this mee ng, I will be covering those ques ons and providing more insight on a few areas that have had changes and correc ons.
